I haven't posted much lately. Been too busy. You know how it seems like things can just happen all at once, a snowball effect of one on top of another. That's what it's been. But I'm back. Here's my info for yesterday:
breakfast: strawberry-banana smoothie
snack: chocolate granola (I made a great variation on the version on Nigella Lawson's feast. I think I prefer mine - far tastier and you can't tell it's healthier.)
lunch: lentil-millet bake with tamari gravy
snack: qephor, popcorn
dinner: pasta with marinara sauce - too tired to do more, despite my best intentions
workout: turbojam 20 minute workout, callanetics 10/10
