Day 17

breakfast: strawberry-banana smoothie

lunch: salad, black beans, corn

snack: peanuts, gluten-free cookie

dinner: roasted vegetables, sauteed zucchini

workout: callanetics warm-up

What a crazy day! I meant to do a full workout, but things just kept happening. Hours upon hours of unplanned meetings. Family. It's amazing how quickly a day can go by.
