May 18

breakfast: strawberries

snack: mini pita bread pizza

lunch: 1/2 masala dosa, sambar

snack: granola

dinner: miso tofu, toast, and carrot and cucumber salad

workout: hours of yard work and house cleaning

I need to start eating better. I can tell I'm starting to slip back into old habits. I also need to start seeing about doing Callanetics more often. I have such good intentions to do it, but keep letting other things take priority.
