May 16

breakfast: strawberry-banana smoothie

lunch: salad, vegetable sandwich

snack: chocolate-peanut granola

dinner: sauerkraut, zucchini smash, spaghetti marco polo

May 17

breakfast: banana-date smoothie

snack: chedder cheese

lunch: sambar, california special dosa (dosa filled with potato sabji, paneer, and nuts)

snack: tofu

dinner: part of paneer utthapam, salad, sauerkraut

I'm so ready for this heat wave to end. It's May, not August. I've never cared for the heat, so at least it's supposed to begin to cool down tomorrow.
