May 20 - workout change

breakfast: granola

lunch: sauerkraut, rice ball, raw cheddar cheese

dinner: tofu, 1/2 baked sweet potato, marinated vegetables

workout: 45-minute walk

I decided to change my routine for days that I do Callanetics. I'm planning on skipping a day in between to give my muscles time to recover. I read it's supposed to speed up results, so we'll see.
