Day 3 Complete

breakfast: granola with raisins

lunch: salad, hummus

dinner: fried egg, steamed broccoli

workout: Callanetics 10/10

3 days done! I've now done the minimum number of days in a row you're supposed to do when you take a week or more off from Callanetics. It's nice to be taking some time for myself again. Granted, there has been a moment when working out wasn't my first choice, but I'm glad I did it because the results are worth it.
