lunch: aloo gobi

snack: popcorn

dinner: eggplant with ginger-garlic sauce, tempeh with stir-fried vegetables

Today's supposed to be the last day of the heat wave. It's so strange to look outside and see Spring. All the plants are sprouting new growth. Blooms are open. It's absolutely gorgeous. But thankfully, the warmth is going to end and be replaced by some much needed rain.

I've always loved the rain. I love the sound of it. I love how it cleans everything off. It just relaxes me. :)
