breakfast: banana-kiwi smoothie

snack: 1/2 sprouted tortilla, herbal tofu, carrot, cucumber, sauerkraut

lunch: yogurt, strawberries, granola

snack: rice ball, salad with goat cheese, chard and white bean soup

dinner: boiled potatoes, soy sauce tofu, mozzarella, salad
