Day 15

breakfast: strawberries

lunch: tea egg, buckwheat porridge

snack: qephor

dinner: navy bean soup, carrot and sunflower seed salad, minty mushy peas, lemon herb tofu, steamed baby bok choy

Workout: Callanetics 10n10, 30 minute walk

This was such a great day. Everything just went so well.

My pants are no longer tight. It's such a wonderful feeling. I love that I've been able to do this without counting calories, carbs, or anything. Such freedom.
