Day 1 Complete

breakfast: protein drink - banana, raw milk, hemp seed, almonds, flax seed, carob

lunch: tuscan swiss chard soup

dinner: roasted vegetables with riccotta salata, scrambled egg

workout: Callanetics 10/10

One day of Callanetics and healthy eating done. It's kind of nice to think of it as being a third of the way to the finish line.
